Thanks to all the bands and people that supported this show.

I am pretty frustrated about the whole thing. We need to find ways to get more people to come out to the shows.

Clearly it was a bit of a fluke last night, with the lack of attendence, but it was really hard on me. I feel pretty bad about it. You work hard promoting a show, pass out over 400 flyers, spend hours trying to get the word out on the internet to every possible person, really do everything possible to make a successful show and for whatever reason, the people don't come, well it is depressing.

I know there was a lot of things going on last night, I understand that. I think a big problem is that people in Boston are really spoiled. It sucks though, we all work really hard to provide a fun atmosphere, support worthwhile bands and we do it with a ton of honesty and integrity.

Why is it that shows that have the same bands playing every week have great turnouts?

Please offer me suggestions on how to make these shows moew successfull.

I do believe that in the long run we will succeed at making the scene a lot better. Just being witness to the IWEIPH guys making friends DIC and the VOLATILE guys making friends with the RED THREAD ladies, that is achieving my goals. But it is up to all of us to support each other to make this work.

None of my friends bands get to play shows much at all. While at the same time the same bands are playing over and over again at most of the punk shows in Boston. We need to work harder and support each other more and more.

All the bands last night were excellent, both musically and as people. Thank you to Rich Horror in particular for his selfless support of the show. Rich you can count on me to be a real friend for the long haul.

We will win the war in the end, of that I am certain. But for the time being I am pretty bummed. We all need to step up and take more responsibility. I am not sure what I mean by that exactly, but it sounds right to me.

Over and out
Craig
