I got held up at the door. But then got in no problem a few songs into defeatist. walking up to the club, it looked sold out. the line went down the block and around the corner. after everyone from outside came in, it was still pretty empty looking. this place is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. by the time putrid pile came on, it was looking sold out. tomorrow is definitely going to be sold out.

defeatist: they were pretty good, but thiss isn't the venue for them. Their set at the elk's lodge (no barricade) will be the sort of place they need to be in. They started 15 minutes late. Also, their drumset was put up in front of the drumriser.

pisschrist: I thought they were going to have the same issue as defeatist, but they did. Holy crap! When these guys hit the elk's lodge on tuesday, it's going to be rediculous. The singer is totally off the wall and jumped into the crowd over and over again. For most of the set, he was missing either the mic or the chord. It kept looking like the PA was cut, but then he would put the chord back in and they would bust out another few jams. Even the security for the club was taking pictures of him.
