i know the seax-wicca runic alphabet and from that i get nothing... but i'll look for my book that also lists germanic, scandinavian and anglo-saxon runes, so i'll have to compare....

OK, the top row in Germanic Runes reads like this

-o-ng-l-m-e-b-t-s-z-p-e-j-i-n-h

what i can see to the right of the doorway:
f-u-th-a-r-k-g-w (and furthark is the name of the germanic rune alphabet FYI... named after the first six letter of that alphabet)
h-n-i-j
t-h

and if you want to get technical, the runes on the top and bottom of the "frame" are incorrect as you are never supposed to write runes any other way than upright.
