On another note, I've never been to Thailand but have not heard of too many people going there on spiritual quests. Thailand is more widely know for its being a destination for the sex tourism trade and since this guy has a penchant for underage girls, I can only imagine what the real reason for his trip was."

This guy liked teens because they were easy to WOW..he would buy them things at the 2nd hand shop..he would treat them nice..he would act as the 'good guy' while maybe their parents were being strict..he would have all the answers..HE WAS AFTER ONE THING. He was a sociopath from the outset...knew his target pool, knew what to say, knew what to do and then abused them when they wanted to leave. Textbook....you will probably find a long long long list of girls he did this to, but this girl did something the others probably didn't do...she probably said NO to his advances..and it set him off!"
