it is a catch 22, I don't think anonymous posting should be shut off, there have been some amazing trolls. However the Thunderstool/Duncan $18 things do get really fucking annoying and kill the threads. But on the other hand I don't think there are a lot of noobs scrambling to get on this board due to the fact they are probably whiny faggots who can't take what's dished out, and a lot of people of old are long gone. As pointed out above people have Facebook where they can be whiny faggots without relentless reprisal.
