i just moved out of my apartment i shared with my brother and his wife friday. the place is clean as a whistle. but the landlord is refusing to give my brother his deposit back cuz apparently we messed the place up. and now he needs to paint the walls.

most the walls are wood panneling. this guy is a fucking slum lord retard. he's the one that had his realtor say that the place was awesome. the neighbors were quiet and nice, etc.

first off. the neighbors directly up stairs are alcoholic drug addicts who were nocturnal cuz. a.) the guy is on disability so he doesnt have to work. he's 60 and for a good time sold crack from out of the apartment and smoked meth. b.) his girl friend (a 23 year old mentally handicapped girl.) and him in their down time would stay up all night. get hammered, slam around, crash into chairs. throw knives at each other. and fight, and vacuum til 5am. ahh

so my brother actually thinks this scum bag inbred fucking slum lord is actually gonna give him a dime back. when he'd let us move in under some worthless pieces of shit. its just ridiculous. this week fucking sucks. i wanna kill every human being i come into contact with.

if youre ever thinking of moving to the pembroke/hanson/halifax/whitman area. think twice. this place is the fucking grundle of america. where well off kids drink, smoke crack, do heroin, and fight cops. cuz their well off asses are fucking bored. and the adults are no fucking better.
