I've been playing Deadly Alliance alot for PS2. I got lots of koins for the krypt. i like the konquest mode and arcade is still fun as hell. I think my favorite. this is my favorite mortal kombat next to number 3. I'm out of the loop but I bet they have a few more out by now. the old ones still are great!

I've only rented deception only once(the newest one). the fighting style is the almost the same as deadly alliance. Like sub zero has alot of the same combos. They really got creative with the arenas too. like throwing people into grinders and shit like that.

I just beat arcade with Kung Lao.
I have all Konquests beat excluding shang tsuang, bo rai cao, quan chi and the unlocked characters. i'm just saving up koins now beating konquests and occasional arcade play. i want to unlock all the characters asap.

I love how in the one level when you get thrown off the giant spikes sodomize you.

mortal kombat is not a great fighting game for versus play. its broken as fuck and is only good as a single player game. if you want to talk about being awesome in a fighting game... talk about tekken 5 or king of fighters or street fighter 3: 3rd strike.

I haven't played Tekken 5 yet, how is it? Any signifigant improvements ove 4?

I'd have to say dead or alive 3 is one of my favorites. Some of the sickest graphics of any fighting game also.

no way guys... tekken 5 = best fighting game graphics to date. DOA3 is such a scrubby game it isnt funny. Tekken 5 is so good that even I like it... and i hate 3d fighters. tekken 5 has a lot of major improvements over 4. one of them being that the game doesnt suck. graphics are way better, a lot more detail. smoother game engine and a lot more character balance.

Sounds pretty sick. I'll have to pick that up if it puts d.o.a to shame.
