people's features can fluctuate... but not because the government is making them do so. i would believe that faulty genetics could cause slight fluctuation in feature colors. i mean... There's a guy that hangs out at the hanover mall that's much crazier. He wears the same exact red shirt and red sweatpants outfit 365 days a year. Then, at ANY GIVEN TIME, he is wearing from 8-12 pairs of sunglasses. He explained to me that the government has satelites that read minds, and the sunglasses reflect the rays making him invisible to the government.

The really creepy part is if you let him tell you about it, he's actually got all the science behind his story DOWN! He almost makes it believeable. I guess, though, thats exactly what drove him over the edge in the first place.
