yeah... theres a nice trick to it... you can "build up" the power meter before you go swing at his nads. just move the mouse back and forth really fast in a small area then WHAM! that guy will be screaming for a reason. you can also drag the hand "off screen" so your pointer is out of the flash window... then you go around the flash window and put your mouse on the other side by the sack and the hand will fly across. best i could get like that was like 670.
