When I lived in the Midwest, I would occasionally wear a scarf to keep my face and neck from freezing off. However, there is no call for it in this climate, and there is no excuse, ever, for a dude wearing a scarf inside.

The proper use of a scarf is to have your team logo on it, stretched out over your head as you do chants and sing songs demeaning the opposition.
