i just got off the phone with a guy from the kittery lions club cause im trying to rent it for a show and the guy told me their hall is 60 x 35 feet... does anyone know how big that would be? any comparisons? i cant picture it... i have ADD so i keep thinking of how tall my house is... rev someone told me that was about the size of the underground, is this so?

60 x 35 x ??? this leaves room for low ceilings...which can ruin it right off the bat. anyways, simple math tells you that you got 2100 ft of floorspace. take about 20 of that away for the band/equipment that is actually playing, maybe 20 more for merch tables and more equipment. worst case scenario, 1030 heads comforatably at 2ft per head. hope that helps.
