i found the recipe...

INGREDIENT: Small fillet of beef ( tenderloin - clean ), olive oil, black crushed peppercorns, parmesamo cheese, mustard, salt, paprika, pepper.

DIRECTION: Paste mustard, salt, pepper & paprika on tenderloin, marinate in olive oil overnight, rap with alu or plastic rap, freeze. Cut tenderloin in very fine slices, place on dish sparkle with crushed black pepper, some olive oil ( and lime juice optional ) on top. Add sliced parmesano decorate with tomato slice and parsley.

actually when i was a meat eater...i ate it a few times in Austria and Italy...it's REALLY thin and $$$$$...i ate it once in the US and it was blah and salty..

Crap,my buddy lives out in Siena and he tells me he eats raw sliced pork and raw sliced beef all the time. Evidently there isn't a chance of getting some intestine-rotting disease or having some mutant worm grow inside you and feast upon your internals.

yeah they put chemicals on the meat and they are not approved in the US..so it's illegal here... hence doesn't taste the same

although i heard lately...some chemicals have now been approved, but i don't know because i don't eat meat anymore...
