I am buying an Xbox 360 next week. Any suggestions for games? I am really into the war video games as well as horror. I want to check out the new Brothers in arms: Hell's highway. Anyone have this, or played this yet? I also want to get Dead Rising. How is this one? help me out folks!

yeah the free running and diving was about the most mindblowing thing i've seen in games recently aside from Super Mario Galaxies... the first time I played that and realized mario could jump off shit and use gravity to endup on the other side... godamn
anyone play star wars the force unleashed yet? if yer thinking of getting it, i'd suggest renting it. i beat in in like 2 days. fun game, replay is even more fun, but way too damn quick.
Assassin's Creed is an awesome tech demo; but as a game, not that hot.
Since you're into horror games I'd definitely pick up Condemned: Criminal Origins and the sequel Condemned: Bloodshot (you can get Criminal Origins for 10 bucks at Target, probably even cheaper used)
CoD4 has already been mentioned, but check out Rainbow Six Vegas (1 and 2) as well as GRAW and its sequel for a good war game. Lost Planet's a decent shooter, more old school mindless blasting on foot and in giant robots but fun as hell.
If you've ever been the slightest bit into skateboarding pick up EA's Skate, it's addictive as fuck.
must haves: bioshock, gears of war, halo 3, gta4, rainbow six 1 or 2, condemned 1 and 2, call of duty 4. you can find quake 4 cheap. i liked that game although its 3 years old.
