This is undoubtably spam of some nature... probably a random deal hoping that you might actually reply to it which then verify's your address to the sender. I'd just ignore this, I see this alot!

Saskatchewan? .su is the domain of the old Soviet Union. One of it's name servers is a .ru host, too. It's Russian gangs of some sort. Don't know what they hope to accomplish, though.
