I could give a shit about skin color. I have run into problems with "people" of all fuckin' colors. Who gives a shit what their skin pigment is. I disagree with what you're implying.
That statistic, wherever it's from, doesn't make racism not a problem. Things don't work that simply.
Nobody wants to hear it, but racism really IS a problem. I grew up in a ghetto neighborhood in Dorchester. I only moved out of there last year after 19 years. I know what it's like to experience racism as a white (in that setting the minority) at the hands of blacks (the majority). Racism sucks.
So I think it matters when WHITE people on this board (the majority) make comments that might offend people who aren't white. Just because someone who makes an offensive comment would never participate in racist violence or direct their comment at a particular person, doesn't mean that comment isn't still offensive.
And FUCK anyone who tells me I'm a whiner, or any other stupid bullshit like that. Name calling means nothing. Say something intelligent or shut the fuck up.

I don't think everyone who posts/views on this board is a bigot. If people with bigoted views enjoy the music I'm a part of, then that's great with me but I reserve the right to disagree with them and let them know what I think.
