dude look up Buddy Rich on Youtube. there is an old drum solo from the 70's he did, and its inexplicable. he's been dead for many years, but he did some of the fastest drum work i've ever heard.

I actually did manage to download the whole Carter Beauford DVD (because it was like $70 to buy). It's pretty fucking good. It also comes with a huge PDF scan of the booklet that comes with it. It's full of sheet music of weird shit he's playing in different songs. Good stuff.
