Honestly they're in better shape with Dixon than Leftwich. Dixon doesn't have the experience, but he doesn't have the Eephus pitch slow motion mechanics that Leftwich has either. Given the beating Roethelisberger and the entire running back unit has taken from that offensive line over the past few years I'd go with the guy with the quicker delivery every time.
But yeah, Pittsburgh better hope their defense is as good as they think it is. Otherwise see ya later.
