I would say that 90% of the time I see cops driving alone in their cars in nh unless it is around the 11th of the month, they are holding cellphones to their ears.
because on the 11th, they are looking for expired inspection stickers. Hence all the staties in the portsmouth rotary on the 11-13th of each and every month. there are lik 5 of them in there pulling people over. Well, at least there used to be... I don't go through the rotary anymore cause it caused me to rear-end someone in the only accident I ever caused.
